Let’s get into the spirit of spring! This DIY Bloom Wreath is so lovely, so simple, and so inexpensive to create. In minutes you can craft your own, perfect for end of the year teacher’s gifts, Mother’s Day gifts, or just for your own front door.

Take a look below at how in just a few simple steps, you can make your own. It is perfect for adding some fun (frugal fun at that!) to the spring season.

DIY Bloom Wreath

Supplies needed:
Grapevine wreath
Spray paint (optional)
Silk flowers
Chipboard letters
Hot glue, glue gun

We found the wreath already painted at our local Hobby Lobby store for under $4. If you can’t locate one, just use a grapevine wreath from your local craft or dollar store and paint it the color of your choice. The chipboard letters are available right now at Target in the dollar section, or you can find them at your local craft store as well.

Directions:
1. Begin by painting your grapevine wreath if needed. If not, you can skip ahead to the next step.
2. Start winding the stems of your silk flowers into the grapevine wreath. Secure them in place with the
hot glue. We added two stems to ours to keep it simple, but feel free to add however many appeal to
you.
3. Take your chipboard letters and decide what wording you are going to use. We used a simple
“BLOOM” but again, feel free to make your own variation.
4. Apply glue to the back of each letter and press it to the wreath. Hold the letters in place until they are
dry.
5. Add a ribbon for hanging or just hang on a wreath hook.
See how simple and sweet this BLOOM wreath can be? Gather your supplies and try crafting your own!
